Can I mix consumption modes?
Yes. Run Schedule Management self-hosted for your enterprise tenant, subscribe to Appointments for your SaaS, and embed the Donations API in your client app. Same engine, three shapes, one contract.
Why isn't there a free trial?
Tenants are provisioned by CAPSaaS, not self-served. We have a conversation, understand what you need, then activate the right services. Talk to us; we'll get you running quickly.
Are there charity rates?
Yes. Registered charities and B-corps get the charity tier — same services, ~60% off Service mode. Talk to us with your charity number.
What counts as an "active user"?
A user who's logged in or had an action attributed to them in the billing month. Members who only receive notifications (e.g. shift reminders) don't count. Workspace admins always count.
Can I switch from Service to Product later?
Yes — data export, deployment runbook, and migration support included in any Service plan with 12+ months tenure. The contract is the same; you're just moving where it runs.
